Craft Ontario Shop response to COVID-19
While our physical show-room is closed for now, our online shop is still open for business! We are working remotely to continue supporting the 200+ artists we represent in our shop. Here are some of the ways:
Staying connected while we work remotely
Craft Ontario staff are working remotely, but you can connect with us through email (firstname.lastname@example.org), social media, or by phone (416-921-1791) – we are still checking our voicemails daily. We recognize that even in these difficult times there are still moments to celebrate, and you may wish to do so with a handcrafted item or gift. We would be happy to help you with any individual needs you might have!
Maintaining the health of our community
Along with working remotely, our staff is practicing physical distancing and staying home aside from trips out for essentials. The health of our staff and community is of utmost importance to Craft Ontario and the Craft Ontario Shop!
Completing online orders
When items are sold through our online shop, a staff member completes a sanitizing routine, including hand-washing, before packing your item. Local (GTA) orders will be sent by courier, and distance orders will be sent by Canada Post, both of whom are operating with a “Knock, Drop, and Go” approach to maintain physical distance. We are processing orders once a week (shipping on Fridays) to reduce exposure. We are also happy to arrange curbside pick-up at our Queen Street location!
