Isaac Oqutaq (1957) is a carver from Kinngait (Cape Dorset), Nunavut. His father is the carver Innuki Oqutaq, and his uncle is Osuitok Ipeelee, the celebrated sculptor. Oqutaq is known for his whale and inukshuk carvings. His whales have a fluid approach to thier form.
