Noah Ilisituk is an artist from the Salluit ᓴᓪᓗᐃᑦ village located in Nunavik, Arctic Quebec. Salluit, formerly known as Sugluk, is the second northernmost community in Nunavik and has a population of 1,580. Situated at the far end of the narrow Sugluk Inlet, the village is surrounded by tall mountains and is considered the middle point between the 14 Nunavik communities.
