Simeonie comes from a family with a strong carving tradition. His father was the famous Shorty Killiktee, who taught him to carve at the age of seven. Simeonie is a hardworking and prolific artist. The maxim “practice makes perfect” holds true in his case because of his diligence. His work keeps getting better, as he carves almost every day of the week except Sunday.
